Man’s Search for Meaning

Man's Search for Meaning -
 book
Man’s Search for Meaning
by Viktor E. Frankl

What is the meaning of your life?

Part of becoming and adult means accepting the bitter reality that one is accountable for their decisions, their actions, and inactions.

Frankl describes, from his experience, that sometimes the only freedom one has is to determine one’s attitude. If one can take control in this way, given the circumstances he describes, then there is no limit to what one can accomplish.

Frankl later created logotherapy, a type of psychotherapy, based on these ideas and experiences.

This book had my undivided attention from the first through the last word. The book is a must read or listen for everyone. It is a short read, but the audio book might be even faster. In any case the audio book version is outstanding.
